Terms of Service

PRESSREADY is a trading name of Luna Setter LLC, registered at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. You can reach us at admin@pressreadynews.com.

We write press releases and submit them for distribution. The service is delivered entirely by email. There is no account to create and no software to learn.

We are a writing and submission service. We are not a publisher, and we do not control any publication that receives your release.

We sell three plans. Each is a single payment, in US dollars, with no subscription and no recurring charge:

• Starter — $299 USD, paid once.
• Growth — $549 USD, paid once.
• Premium — $799 USD, paid once.

Every plan includes a professionally written press release produced from the facts you supply, one round of revisions after you read the draft, submission of the approved release for distribution, a post-distribution report listing where the release was placed with live links where an outlet provides a public URL, and email support throughout.

What differs between the plans is the reach of the distribution and the number of links, images and video permitted in the body of the release. The comparison table on the pricing page states those limits for each plan, and that page is the definitive statement of what each plan contains.

The podcast distribution add-on is $149 USD and attaches to any plan.

Anything not listed on the pricing page is not included. Additional releases, additional revision rounds, translation, and design work are quoted separately.

We write from what you give us. We do not independently verify it, and we cannot. By supplying material you confirm that:

• All facts, figures, dates, names, and claims you supply are accurate.
• You have the right to use any logo, image, or trademark you send us.
• Any person quoted has authorised that quote, and the named individual exists and holds the role stated.
• The announcement does not breach anyone else's rights and is not misleading.

If any of that turns out to be untrue, responsibility sits with you, not with us. Please check the draft carefully — that is what the approval step is for.

Nothing is submitted until you confirm the final draft in writing by email. There is no automatic submission and no deadline that forces one.

One revision round is included. Further rewrites, or a change of subject after writing has begun, may be quoted separately before we continue.

This is the most important section on this page.

We guarantee that an approved release is submitted for distribution. We cannot guarantee that any particular publication will publish it.

Each outlet applies its own independent editorial judgement, and we have no influence over it. We never guarantee specific outlets, placement, position, timing, search rankings, visibility in AI-generated answers, traffic, leads, sales, or any business result.

Where outlet names appear on our site, they describe publications within the distribution network. They do not indicate a partnership, endorsement, or affiliation.

Please read this before you approve a draft. It is the single most common source of disputes.

A release distributed across a syndication network is copied automatically by many independent third-party sites, often within minutes. Those sites are not ours and we have no control over them.

Once that has happened, we cannot guarantee that a release can be removed, corrected, taken down, or de-indexed — anywhere. We will pass on a correction request, but we cannot promise any site will act on it, and many will not.

This applies to typos, to figures you later wish you had phrased differently, and to announcements you subsequently change your mind about. The approval step is your opportunity to catch these things. Please use it properly.

Every release must meet our submission guidelines. They set out what we can and cannot write, and what the network will and will not accept.

We may decline or cancel a submission that breaches our guidelines, that we believe to be misleading, or that we cannot responsibly put our name to.

If we refuse an order for those reasons before writing begins, you receive a full refund. If we discover the problem after writing has begun, we will tell you why and discuss the options with you before deciding anything.

You keep ownership of your own facts, trademarks, logos, and materials. You grant us the licence needed to publish and distribute the approved release, and to reproduce your marks within it.

We keep ownership of our own templates, formats, internal materials, and this website.

Outlet names shown on our website describe publications within the distribution network. Naming them is a description of where a release may be distributed. It is not a claim of partnership, endorsement, affiliation, or any commercial relationship, and it should not be read as one.

Our total liability to you, for any claim connected with the service, is limited to the amount you paid us for that order.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost business, lost opportunities, or reputational harm.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the day you order, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
