The writing
Judge the writing before you pay for it.
Five complete releases, in the format outlets expect, with the reasoning behind every decision written out beside them. Read one end to end. If the writing is not what you want on your company's name, do not buy it.
Yours would be written the same way.
From the facts you send us, with one round of changes, and nothing submitted until you approve the final draft.
Risk reversal
Your release should publish — or the refund policy applies
You approve the final release before we submit it. If your approved release is rejected by the network, or does not publish, you get the full amount back. You do not need to argue for it.
You control the draft
Nothing is submitted until you approve it in writing.
We handle the process
We develop the angle, write the release, and submit the version you approved.
Publication protection
If it does not publish under the conditions in the policy, the refund policy applies.
About these samples
What people ask after reading one
Short version: the companies are invented, the craft is not.
No, and we will not pretend otherwise. Every company, quote, figure and name in these examples is invented. They exist to show you the writing and the structure, not to claim a client we do not have.
Because a customer's release belongs to the customer. Publishing one as a marketing sample without their say-so is not something we are willing to do, so we write our own to the same standard instead.
Roughly. A distribution-ready release runs about 400 to 600 words with a headline, subhead, dateline, body, at least one quote, a boilerplate and a media contact. Shorter than that and outlets have nothing to work with.
A person develops the angle and writes the release from the facts you send. You then read the complete draft and approve it before anything is submitted.
Tell us what is wrong and we revise it. One round of changes is included in every plan, and nothing is submitted until you approve the final version in writing.
Now put your own announcement through it.
Send us the facts and the same process starts: the angle, the draft, your approval, the submission and the report.
Writing included · Plans from $299 · One-time payment
Your announcement is most useful while it's still timely.
Not sure it's distribution-ready? Send it to us first and we'll tell you what we need.
